Naturally our usual extensive table d'hôte menu is always available for non fish eaters.

 Guernsey Seafood Menu - First Night
To start - Tian of Hand-picked Guernsey Crabmeat with Avocado and Dill Mayonnaise.
Main course - Grilled Local Sea Bass, with Crayfish Tail butter sauce with steamed Baby Leaf Spinach and Chive mash.
Home-made Desserts with Guernsey Cream or British and Continental Cheeses with Chutney and Biscuits.
Fresh Coffee and Mints.
Guernsey Seafood Menu - Second Night
To start - Seared Guernsey Scallops with Pancetta Crisp, Rocket and Beetroot Salad with Herb Creme Fraiche Dressing.
Main course - Pan Roasted Monkfish, Crab Risotto, Roast Cherry Vine Tomatoes, Chili Ginger and Coriander Oil.
Home-made Desserts with Guernsey Cream or British and Continental Cheeses with Chutney and Biscuits.
Fresh Coffee and Mints.
Guernsey Seafood Menu - Final Night
A complimentary Bottle of Chablis or Sancerre
La Barbarie Seafood Platter consisting of: Fresh Guernsey Lobster, King Prawns, Langoustines, Smoked Salmon, Prawns, Fresh Local Crab (all subject to availability) Served with New Potatoes and Crisp Salad.
