These 3 night Guernsey Seafood Breaks are no different. Each evening La Barbarie Hotel Head Chef Colin Pearson and his dedicated team will prepare a wonderful Guernsey seafood dinner for you. And it's all included in the price.
Naturally our usual extensive table d'hôte menu is always available for non fish eaters.

 Guernsey Seafood Menu - First Night
 Served with a Bottle of Muscadet
To start - Timbale of Hand Picked Guernsey Crab Meat, Crab Cake
Sweetcorn Coriander Salsa.
Main course - Medley of Grilled Seafood
Selection of minimum 4 Fish, normally Brill, Sea Bass, Monkfish, Scallops and King Prawns, Champagne Sauce. Panache of Seasonal Vegetables and New Potatoes.
Home-made Desserts with Guernsey Cream or British and Continental Cheeses with Chutney and Biscuits.
Fresh Coffee and Mints.
Guernsey Seafood Menu - Second Night
Served with a Bottle Sancerre
To start - Seared Guernsey Scallops with Chorizo, Pickled Seasonal Vegetables, Sun Blushed Tomato Dressing.
Main course - Grilled Sea Bass Crab Risotto, Baby Leaf Spinach & Shellfish Bisque.
Home-made Desserts with Guernsey Cream or British and Continental Cheeses with Chutney and Biscuits.
Fresh Coffee and Mints.

Served with a Bottle of Chablis
La Barbarie Seafood Platter consisting of: Fresh Guernsey Lobster, King Prawns, Langoustines, Prawns, Fresh Local Crab and Oysters (all subject to availability). Served with New Potatoes and Crisp Salad.
