Non Smoking Policy
For the comfort of our all our guests, all apartments are classified as non smoking.
Newspapers
Daily Guernsey and national papers are delivered to the island and can be ordered with reception.
Pets
In the interest of all our guests we regret that dogs and other pets are not permitted.
Arrivals and Departures Information
La Barbarie Self Catering Apartments are available from approximately 2.30pm and in order to ensure this we ask our guests to vacate by 10.00am on the morning of departure.
Meals
Guests in the apartments are welcome to dine in the hotel restaurant.
Reservations are strongly advised to avoid disappointment.
Groceries
These may be obtained from from the local large supermarkets 1 mile away.
Cots and Highchairs
Cots can be provided at £5 per day, and highchairs at £2 per day. Please reserve these at the time of booking your self catering accommodation.
Equipment and Bedding
All apartments are comprehensively equipped for holiday self catering including bedding, bath and hand towels, tea towels, cleaning starter packs etc. Guests staying for more than one week will be provided with clean linen at the end of each complete week.
Apartments Deposits and Payments
Reservation can only be accepted if confirmed by letter or reservation form together with the relevant non refundable deposit which is 50% of the total, the other 50% being due 2 weeks prior to arrival. We advise guests to insure against loss of deposit due to illness etc.
Cancellation Charges - Apartments
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
8 weeks plus - Forfeiture of Deposit
3 to 8 weeks - Forfeiture of Deposit + 20% Remaining Balance
1 to 2 weeks - Forfeiture of Deposit + 50% Remaining Balance
1 week to day of arrival - Forfeiture of Deposit + 75% Remaining Balance
Day of arrival or later - Forfeiture of Deposit + 100% Remaining Balance
Laundry
A small token operated laundrette is available on the premises for guest use. Tokens can be purchased at reception.
The Management reserve the right to amend any of the above details should it become necessary.
